Measured it wrong? Don't worry.
If your shelf doesn't fit because of an incorrect measurement, return the original shelf to us and we'll remake it once, free of charge.
How it works
- 1The guarantee applies to one free remake per shelf ordered.
- 2The original shelf must be returned to us before a replacement is made. You are responsible for the cost of returning the incorrectly sized shelf.
- 3You must have followed the measuring instructions shown on our website. We recommend reading our Measuring Guide before ordering.
- 4The replacement shelf will be made to the corrected dimensions you provide. Please measure carefully before submitting your new dimensions.
- 5The guarantee does not apply if the shelf has been altered, cut, drilled, painted, damaged, or otherwise modified after delivery.
- 6The guarantee does not affect your statutory rights where the product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or made incorrectly by us.
How to claim
Contact us within 30 days of delivery using our contact form. Tell us your order number, the shelf that doesn't fit, and the corrected dimensions. We'll confirm the return address and arrange your remake once we've received the original shelf.

Ordering a made-to-measure shelf online takes confidence. Caravan walls aren't always perfectly square, tape measures can slip, and it's easy to measure the wrong thing.
