Delivery and Returns
All shelves are made to order. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5–7 working days of payment being received. During busy periods this may extend to 10 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Delivery is by courier and will require a signature. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days from dispatch.
Returns policy
Our shelves are made to measure to your exact specifications. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for shelves that have been cut to your dimensions, unless the item is faulty or was cut incorrectly.
Faulty or incorrectly cut items
If your shelf arrives damaged, or if the dimensions differ from your order by more than our stated ±2mm tolerance, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please retain the original packaging and take photographs of the issue before contacting us.
Change of mind
We cannot accept returns for made-to-measure items where you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the shelf does not fit due to an error in your measurements. Please measure carefully before ordering — our Measuring Guide is available to help.
